It was like 23 bucks to see The Hobbit here in Sweden!! And a gallon of gas is 9 bucks here. You're taking the little things for granted in USA, sure your country may not be doing so well economically and your freedom is being taken away from you but I still want to move there. I'll be damned if I have to pay another $140 to fill up my car! |

As a result, they charge more, apparently $12 a head... Sp, only 21 people paid to see it on its opwning weekend and during the last 5 days of its run, just one person paid to see it. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 30288790 Canada 12/27/2012 05:50 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Here is a collection of movies which, if they scored zero out of ten, it would place Spiceworld at 8 out of 10... - Eight Women - Absolutely intelligence insulting. Every single member of the production crew utterly failed from lighting to sound engineer from Actors to wardrobe, 100 pervent, Triple A rated trash. - Outside Ozona - When its got Meatloaf in it, you know its a stinker, but this one plummets past the also-rans. It features a serial killer as threatening a Bambi and a bozo cop who cant't say anything that's not a cliche. Even sound quality is so bad, its as if everyone is talking with their moouth, packet full of toilet tissue (used) - Monsoon Wedding - It's like Coronation Street with all the drama and fast-paced action taken out. 90 minutes of rich Indians with nothing better to do in life but whine about the trivia in their life. - The Order (with Heath Ledger) - One wonders if he overdoed on anything that came to hand after seeing the final version of his own film. Absolutely ludicrous chunk of shit. - Convergence - Seems like some Canadian company gave instructions to throw together absolutely any rubbish that came to hand just to make a grab at the tax rebates. Despite special effects not worthy of a 1925 silent movie and hammy acting, nothing can detract from the absultely incoherent New Age bunk, backed with cliche-ridden line. |

Christian Slater played a small part only - he wasn't playing a lead role or anything so I highly doubt the attendance level of this film gives an accurate measure of whether he is a popular actor or not. |
