we petition the obama administration to: Impeach Sen. Diane Feinstein for violating her oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States, re: AWB Sen. Diane Feinstein has announced that she will be introducing new gun legislation in Jan 2013. The proposals of this legislation are in direct contradiction to both the spirit and letter of the Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights. Her blatant disregard for the rights of citizens, and willingness to make criminals of a large number of law abiding gun owners, needs to be addressed. [ link to petitions.whitehouse.gov (secure)] Just for the hell of it. we have 3 branches of government in america, and they are each pretty much autonomous from eachother. President Obama can't do squat to any member of Congress. except that the Congress does have the power to "advise and consent" to all things done by the President.
