This man was the Vice President to Madison I believe. It is OBVIOUS that he knew what he was talking about. Clinton knew this as well, that's why they pulled off the Oklahoma Bombing, so they could permanently disparage and dispatch the constitutional militia's.

Worked pretty damned good, didn't it? I mean, between the MSM and NGO's like SPLC, who bashed the shit out of the Constitutional loving militia members, how could it not?
