There won't be any confiscation needed so long as this mass release of gun owner and address catches on. Mark my words robberies of those on that list will rise substantially, and if it does not the owners should just say they were robbed and double there arsenal. I doubt there will be a civil war, maybe some skirmishes but nothing big. Besides the Russians are keeping there orphans so yall better breed.
