Requires that grandfathered weapons be registered under the National Firearms Act, to include: Background check of owner and any transferee; This is $200 per weapon folks  This could backfire on them, pun intended. Once an arm is part of the NFA, they would be automatically be part of the NFA. In other words, you could turn it into an SBR, a class III firearm or silence it with only a little paperwork involved.
