Ya'll may not like Matt Damon, but he's completely right - the game IS rigged. Doesn't just everybody here believe that too?

Good Will Hunting was an amazing movie. When I found out that Damon and Ben Affleck wrote it, I was floored! There's no denying their genius.

Ever since then, I am an enthusiastic fan of their work.

They are brilliant men, for sure.

No, he's paid to act. He has all the techniques. He can act sincere when he's not.

And his game is rigged too, just that it's rigged in his favor. He's one of the insiders of the acting game. He's not getting the same breaks in politics and he doesn't like it much.

How is a guy any more valid because he's an actor? Why do they assume that just because they made a few mediocre movies that everyone wants to hear their opinion? Why does the news assume the same thing?

Because people (largely women) worship them. God only knows why, but they do.

I once mentioned to such an actor-addict "This is someone who is paid to pretend he is someone else, why do you trust him?" And she could only acknowledge I had made a good point.
