that was known at the time as, the "Great Awakening".

Perhaps the greatest preacher of that era was
Jonathan Edwards.
He preached fire and brimstone. It changed America.

Here is one of his most famous sermons.

The "feel good" christianity of today is saving FEW.
The fruits of this Church of Laodicea, are evident
EVERYWHERE.
There is NO true repentence. America is falling

The so-called "fire and brimstome" preaching is
unpleasant to our itching ears today.
That same preaching put an evil nation back on the

YOU CANNOT APPRECIATE THE GOOD NEWS OF THE GOSPEL,
UNLESS YOU FIRST UNDERSTAND THE BAD NEWS.

The bad news is that the world WAS and IS headed
for eternal damnation.

But THE GOOD NEWS is that God had mercy on us, and
sent His Son into the world, that WHOSOEVER would
believe in Him, might not perish, but receive
eternal life.

Most people will reject the salvation offered by God,
and will perish. Jesus said so, but He still holds
out the offer to anyone who would receive it.

It could be ANY of those things..or ALL of them all at once.

I honestly dont know.

The Lord never told me WHAt the actual event was..nor the day it hits. But he DID tell me its effects..the results of it..and that when it happens life will still be going on as normal..well..mostly...right up till it happens.

And that its this year..anywhere between April and September..but more closer to the middle I feel..if not sooner.

All I know is its coming..whatever it is. And I feel it..I can sense it..a growing sort of..burden.

He said there would be no warning of it..and thats why I dont know the details either..even I will be surprised by it..everyone will be.


I am no one special and he is no respecter of persons.

The ONLY reason he has me doing what I do now is because I finally learnt obedience through a LOT of pain and suffering...and he is using me..probably one of his most stubborn rebellious children to help people.

I dont rebell anymore..but..it took years and years of lesson after lesson to get it out of me.


But..I am no great prophet..about my only gift is a way with words and explaining things..and a lifetime of hard experience on what NOT to do...and an understanding of what love is.

So any service they give..is always given in DURESS..its been FORCED out of them..on PAIN OF TORTURE.

Its blackmail really..coercian and force..which the fruit of is a hypocritical SELFISH LOVE..fake love..FORCED love..which is NO love.

If you wanted to woo a womans heart...tell me..would you speak gently too her..be kind to her..show her unconditional love and speak life and compliments to her..and thus win her heart and she would TRULY fall in love with you?

OR..would you threaten her..stalk her..tell her you love her with your lips..but treat her like dirt and speak nasty threatening things to her..and tell her if she does NOT marry you before a certain date that you will kidnap her and lock her in a dungeon and torture her and ignore her screams for mercy as you tell her with anger "YOU SHOULD HAVE MARRIED ME WHILE YOU HAD THE CHANCE"?

Which one of these wins a womans heart?

I am tired of living in this state of existence.

I live just for the quest of getting money.

This is all I feel I am ; just here to get a job to get money.

I don't have any friends ;

nor a really caring family

It is all just surface for them.

I have a husband and if I didn't have him; I would have left long ago.
