Not sure what to make of this....

I am not saying that something happened on the 21st...but sometime shortly after 12-12-12 (an apparante gateway opening) i have felt this strange feeling in my body like when you do a psychadelic. I also have a ringing in my ears that I only got very rarely before and I'm also very shaky (my limbs are shaking). All of these have been increasing in intensity as time goes on. The psychadelic feeling especially (almost to the point where I'm worried I won't be able to walk). Is anyone else having these physical symptoms happen to them? I wasn't sure what to make of it all but now I'm reading about the pineal gland and DMT and....yeah.
