I seriously think the cops are told to refrain from interfering with crazies in times square.There's just too many camera's and stuff.They'd get sued for police brutality three times a day if they dealt with this stuff.
Time square is like kooky central,and the kooks generally do seem to enjoy puttin on a show,but this is still not cool.
