No no no no no no no, do NOT tell me it's because of higher dimension, creepy feelings of a coming war, biblical prophecies, etc etc, please I ask of all of you, focus on the medicine, leave out the conspiracies for another thread.

Is it nutrient deficiency? If so which nutrient?

Lack of sun?

Too many hours on computer?

Not enough sleep?

I eat a low carb diet containing meat, cheese, and leafy vegetables. I do not consider fiber in my low carb diet, so yes I eat vegetables.

I was exposed to sun for at least 8 hours today.

I was away from a computer for the entire duration.

I slept well for the entire week, I am not tired.

Yet I still have this persistent headache.

NO I will not take ibuprofen or aspirin, because I do not believe in the western world approach on medicine which attacks problems without considering the systematic cause. I like eastern medicine.

If you guys tell me my chi is broken or something eastern sounding then don't stop there, tell me how to fix it.

Those are my parameters, I will try just about anything else as long as it is reasonably cheap.

I have had this type of headache for an entire month now, I am desperate.
