The right of THE PEOPLE to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed
The right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

in·fringe [in-frinj]

verb (used with object)
1. to commit a breach or infraction of; violate or transgress: to infringe a copyright; to infringe a rule.

verb (used without object)
2. to encroach or trespass (usually followed by on or upon ): Don't infringe on his privacy.

Any supposed "law" that restricts, limits, or eliminates the right of the people to keep and bear arms, is an illegal law. Those who would try and enforce such a "law" will be violating the supreme law of the land that has stood since this country's inception. As well as violating their oaths of office.

Such a violation is pure treason against the United States of America. Treason is one of the few crimes that is punishable by death. Inciting or encouraging others to commit treason, is sedition. Sedition is also a capital offense.

You need to get it through your head right now, that treason and sedition are not laws written just for citizens, but especially for PUBLIC OFFICIALS. People in positions of public trust, and authority. And it is with THESE people in mind, that the death penalty was intended to dissuade crimes against the constitution.

Also, keep in mind... Any "Executive Order" that violates the constitution, and especially orders that attempt to eradicate part, or all, of the constitution, are ILLEGAL. It is an act of HIGH TREASON. It doesn't GET anymore treasonous than that.

High treason is a crime far more serious than murder. Because entire countries are at stake. Not just the life of a person.

Sounds about right; only a corrupt and tyrannical elitist captured government would be concerned with gun confiscation; plenty of historical examples. When they hold no legitimacy, they must take away our arms.

My statement stands. This is the issue that is being used to try and subvert the law of the land. Therefore, it is the issue that I will use as MY example.

Got a problem with that? Then do something about it, shit-fer-brains.

You people are chicken littles and crybabies.

Wah, wah, wah, the sky is falling and the government is gonna take our guns away and then we won't be "men" anymore!!

I bet every one of you "men" is dysfunctional in some way, in an unhappy marriage, been cheated on or a cheater, negligent fathers, short stature, inadequate in every way . . . and your guns are the ONLY thing you (falsely) believe makes you masculine.

Pathetic state of affairs in America.

It seems you think only men are gun owners. Guns are for protection, and women need them as well. Guns have saved the lives of literally THOUSANDS of women. Grow up.

Obviously, you are far too stupid to realize that any "fear" of arms being taken away has NOTHING to do with "not being men" anymore. It has EVERYTHING to do with the security of a free state, and the very FUTURE of this nation.

Are you REALLY so stupid that you are incapable of any depth of reasoning, beyond the most ridiculous and nonsensical libtard talking points?

Wait... Don't answer that. I already know the answer.

The Bill of Rights describes a set of individual rights and liberties which are not granted by government, but recognized as DIVINE rights given to use by our Creator. Because government never granted the rights in the first place, it has no authority to take them away.

"The Framers of the Bill of Rights did not purport to "create" rights. Rather, they designed the Bill of Rights to prohibit our Government from infringing rights and liberties presumed to be preexisting." - William J Brennan Jr.

To "bear" arms = carry them on your person, at all times, if you so choose.

To institute a law or to comply with a law that says you can do this IF you get a permit, is an "infringement" upon that right.

When you consent to a need to "permit", you are giving away your rights.

Just saying........
