I don't think any country would risk its own existence by eradicating the entire population of another country. That's the wonderful thing about a half dozen countries having nukes. If one country (U.S or North Korea for example) goes overboard they effectively sign their own national death warrant. Would the U.S really sacrifice its spot at the top over North Korea? |
