Horse kicks pit bulls ass (graphic)

Horses can pick a human up and swing 'em around like a rag doll too.

I had a very gentle/kind/safe mare once (she's deceased now) but one day I was cleaning her ears out with a mite cleaner, it stung her, she reacted, I had my hand (a no no) on her halter, no lead rope, and she wasn't tied off (she was that gentle and well behaved). Well, I went airborne, she swung me around (like a Rag doll) swept me off my feet and planted me on the other side...and it was FAST. She did a complete circle (so did I in the air).

They have very strong neck muscles :) I never did that again (I switched medicines for her ears).

It normally takes a lot for a horse to attack like that (unless it has been previously harassed, abused) normally their first instinct (unless cornered) is to flee. Dog latched on and horse was cornered and fighting for its life, that dog could have killed the horse or damaged it to the extent it had to be put down.

It was the owner's fault for letting the dog near the horse. I felt badly for both the animals.

Sad situation.

I would never even consider owning a pitbull and not that I'm on the bad pitbull bandwagon, have known many nice pitbulls, it's just they have a lot of jaw strength, and when they latch on, they don't let go. Just too much risk/danger there; you don't always know what you're getting as a puppy and it only takes, potentially, ONE bite. I'd definetly never have one with kids around, to me it would be like having a loaded gun in the house that the kid's had access too, it shouldn't go off, it never has in the past, but sometimes, unintentionally, or by default of design, they do.

Who can love a beast without enough sense to back down when it's beat?

We had two work horses that boot fucked a black bear in a field, both back legs at once sent him about 5 ft in the air and about 20 feet in length. Dad wouldn't let us track it in case it wasn't dead.

I had no idea horses could be so vicious.

Somehow I don't think it was the horse that started the fight.

Well, well, well...my Hanovarian gelding was also known to attack rather than flee; as was my Welsh/Morgan mare. Fight or flight are two sides of one coin.

Keep an eye on the business ends of a mule, too ;-) Their fight instinct is intense. Excellent "guard dogs" so to speak.

Good to see the horse take care of business. It's really not the pit bull's fault though, it's their asshole owners. They do what they were bred for really and their owners need to take every precaution.

The thing that makes pit bulls more dangerous than rotts, dobs etc is their gameness. The other breeds will stop eventually, whereas the pitbull will just keep coming and coming until he physically is unable.

The large breeds like bernadiner or new foundland dogs or great danes are peaceful breeds and don't cause any harm. Pittbulls on the contrary are rather small and vicious with an extremely strong jaw and thus dangerous.

This is a good example of the human race...like the lady in other pinned post scratching her bum we also have animals slaughtering each other..wonderful. I guess there is no end to the pitiful nature of the masses and what they look for in entertainment of their very dull pathetic lives.
