AN OPEN LETTER AND CHALLENGE TO THOSE WHO THINK THEY CAN TAKE AWAY OUR RIGHT TO THINK, SPEAK, SHARE and CARE ABOUT A CRIME ALREADY KNOWN ABOUT (AND ANY CRIMES WE ARE UNAWARE)
Dear "Authorities":
If you think you can regulate our brains, our minds, our hearts and our right to investigate wrongs which have injured society we all share as citizens, you are so wrong somebody will soon record a pop song that reminds you that your "term" in power will not last very long...
Regarding your latest attempt to oppress via the press...
The geniuses who have put together very thoughtful threads lately about the problems regarding the Sandy Hook event including but not limited to:
1) Facts
2) Contradictions
3) Attempts to Intimidate and Stifle the Press/Citizens Who Dare Seek More Information
4) Incongruity Of Events/Timing/Individuals/Identities
and dozens of other issues- these men and women have been sent CEASE and DESIST letters by email.
Am I fucking dreaming?
I write this thread NOT to just say that we are becoming a fascist state at the speed of light, but to challenge any state or federal authority to attempt to shut me up about this
AND HERE IS THE RUB...
I am not just writing a thread here and there (I cannot believe that the OTHER site will not allow discussion) but I am producing a FEATURE FILM about it with 8 collaborators so if they try to kill, arrest or screw with us the material we have already edited (a rough cut is ALREADY DONE) there is redundancies and independent entities that already have secure backups of various file names so it is impossible, as they say in FIREFLY, to "stop the signal, Mal..."
I am not NAMING INDIVIDUALS
I am not ACCUSING ANYONE OF ANYTHING
Myself and my partners are doing ONE THING-
attempting to use our 1st amendment rights as journalists and doc filmmakers and tax payers to FIND THE TRUTH about this event- and we may discover there is NO HOAX or CONSPIRACY after all- we only seek TRUTH, FACTS and REALITY
So-
To the shills from the government who want to shut us down we welcome it- it would be a GREAT OPENING SCENE to show the letter or email- and we have 13 lawyers in states helping as well... so, as I said, this is a test- you said no one can "question anything" or "propagate theories" without being prosecuted...
Well, like LOOSE CHANGE averred that 9/11 was a FALSE FLAG and were not prosecuted, we are doing the same- challenging the force fed facts by the media and so called authorities
PLEASE TRY TO DEPRIVE ME OF MY RIGHTS- we will sue you in the Third Circuit within a week...
Can't wait to see-
- What law firm sends the notice?
- Who do they represent?
- What part of the US code are they citing?
- What is the threat for non compliance?
- Is this civil or criminal liability?
The questions go on...
IMAGINE when WATERGATE was going on...
what if they tried to say that the Post could not speculate that the White House was involved in a cover up?
Remember the Saturday Night Massacre? Firing the investigator for Watergate?
How about the Clinton sex incident- imagine the news saying "if you assert publicly that the PRESIDENT is LYING you will be prosecuted"?
One last observation...
They say that the paucity of facts stems from the fact that the entire investigation must be done before they release any information or some such nonsense...
If so- why ANY press conferences?
Why any statements at all?
BUT HERE IS THE CRAZY PART-

Notice that with AURORA and 9/11 and now Sandy Hook there is no language that the law demands before due process- in short, they used to always say "the ALLEGED shooter, Joe Blow, was allegedly the sole perpetrator of this or that ALLEGED crime" and then a trial (due process) makes that a conviction or acquittal.
With AURORA and SANDY HOOK there were MASKED GUNMEN or at least a MASKED GUNMAN and YET despite this LACK OF any single EYEWITNESS (due to their death or the mask) indicting by testimony (even if this were the case, the Bill of Rights protects those accused with PRESUMPTION OF INNOCENCE)
This is absolutely insane- what is more insane- the event of this massacre (if true as they say it is with no lies) or this attempt to silence those who seek TRUTH?
They say we cannot speculate but THEY HAVE HOLMES/BIN LADEN and now LANZA guilty until proven innocent- and if you try to prove them innocent- well, you face a C&D letter and a possible criminal charge- which we hereby DARE the authorities to level against a documentary filmmaker who (like Michael Moore as an example) is expressing their POV on a very complex and very serious crime (either a mass murder or a mass media manipulation)...
Either way, as a US citizen I have not only the RIGHT to say whatever I want (excepting obvious slander/libel/defamation exceptions of course) and furthermore I aver that I also have legal STANDING even in a court of law as ANY CITIZEN now is a party to this incident for having been PROHIBITED illegally from freely assembling on the Web to discuss the mysteries of the MSM INFO...
We have been INJURED by this PROHIBITION to discuss this- and that INJURY triggers STANDING TO SUE or defend suit.
TO THOSE WHO SEEK TO INTIMIDATE INTELLIGENT CITIZENS SEEKING ONLY TRUTH AND JUSTICE, AND CHALLENGING THE STATE AS IF IT WERE AN INFALLIBLE PAPACY I URGE YOU TO FOCUS ON SOLVING THIS CRIME (WHICHEVER CRIME(S) REALLY OCCURRED) RATHER THAN WASTING RESOURCES TRYING TO MAKE 1984 A SAD CAUTIONARY NON FICTION TALE...

WHAT IS IMPORTANT is THE RELENTLESS and FREE PURSUIT of life liberty and HONESTY regarding REALITY as to public incidents of major crimes within our collective SOCIETY
For those who wish to send me a C&D email (which I will then hold a news conference regarding the issuance of to highlight this absurdity) please do so immediately- I was going to list my name and email- but hey- you already know it and remember that NOT ONLY AM I AND OTHERS HERE NOT GUILTY OF ANYTHING EXCEPT BEING NAIVE AND STUPID but you (whoever you people are) are possibly guilty of a crime by the fact that you are attempting to oppress the rights of others to express free speech and express dissent or debate or simply seeking more information to correlate.
