You are crazy, without solar energy in the form of particle absorption or adequate polar rain(energy transfer),our planet will be impacted greatly by current outflow on a electromagnetic scale, magma flow,jet stream manipulation etc... Many of us have been watching the earthside sunspots go dormant now for over 7 months and believe me its a great concern with tempolar scientists worlwide.
We will go into a huge cold period if this max continues at this rate, as our solar minimum for the next 11 to 13 years will be greatly affected. Watch and wait this is no good at all.

BREAKING NEWS: Atmosphere is NOT collapsing!

This old story from 2010 even states in the opening sentence that the Thermosphere (Ionosphere) is REBOUNDING.

Translation: “We’re going to need a lot more funding between now and the time I retire in order to study this and improve our understanding. Otherwise our next press release will be even scarier.”

There's an awful lot of universe out there which NASA does not understand. However, lobbying for grants and more funding is something they DO understand. Don't be alarmed by scary headlines such as "Giant breach in magnetosphere"; "Atmosphere collapsing"; "Tenth Planet Found"; etc., etc. These stories are put into the media to grab headlines for scientists to draw attention to their otherwise boring research and to garner future funding.

This particular story came out of the CO2 global warmist camp at NASA. Since the Space Shuttle was winding down, NASA found the politicians more eager to fund climate research. So please read past the scary headlines and do some boring fact-checking. These stories are deliberately exaggerated for the Doom-clamoring public to squeal and squirm a few more dollars out of their children's inheritance for Uncle Scam to play with.

In short: More unwarranted doom-mongering by suspicious u-toobers.

Nasa is even giving us info on the declining max

While it may very well be true that most of us can't read the charts, NASA does release information that our atmosphere is indeed changing, very rapidly. I recently listened to an interesting interview with Susan Rennison on Red Ice about these changes. Her statements are backed by NASA releases, and to qoute Ms. Rennison, if you take the time to research you will find that we are living in a time of incoming space weather that will bring great changes. We could be dealing with 100 year floods, fire, volcanos, tetonic shifts, etc. I plan to delve into this subject in order to truly understand. My hat is off to any civilian that is attempting to pull it all together for the masses to comprehend and prepare.

I agree timewatcher! This guy is really good. He reports what he finds as he finds it, he asks questions when he sees something that doesn't make sense and he has questioned the lack of solar activity for quite a while now.
He is not a fear monger and is very articulate in his reports.
