Food that Kills
Dear people.

I see so many people complain of feeling miserable physically (and mentally.) Physically as in diffuse symptoms, joint aches, pain, gastrointestinal problems, IBS trouble breathing, exhaustion, infections, emotional problems ... the list is endless and I cannot possibly mention all of the symptoms here.

Mentally as in depressions, bipolar, hyperactivity etc...

I do have a message, and it comes from my own experience. 10 years ago, I started feeling exactly like this as well. Slowly and gradually, my health would begin to deteriorate over time, both physically and mentally. Nothing I did seemed to help me. I would start to exercise, take vitamin supplements, go for healing sessions, prayers, you name it.

In the end I was so sick, I was laying on a matress on the livingroom floor, unable to climb the stairs to my bedroom.
That's when a not-so-good friend of mine mentioned that I should look into what I ATE. She had changed her diet, and had experienced great improvement in her health.

I never liked her because she was a veggie! (I'm being honest here) I always guarded my meat, sugar, gluten/grain, dairy intake, because after all - mainstreem media tells us, it's sooo good for our bodies! And I LOVED a large red steak, chrispy toast, coke and my weekend candy!

In the end, I was so sick, the only thing I could eat, was a mild vegetable soup. I had developed chronic diahrea and I was sore from my mouth down to the exit. (Excuse the graphics) I had seizures, ringing in the ears, aches and pains, exhaustion, depression, diagnosed with ADHD, bloodpreassure drops that left me unconcious, fluctuating bloodsugar ...

Point is: Changing my diet drastically, saved my life. I went gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, meat free and today I am a Fish/Vegetarian. (because I love fish, and to be honest, getting off of all kinds of meat is not that easy)

I eat LOADS of vegetables, fresh fruit, I juice vegetables and fruit, and I have eliminated all junk food, processed foods and foods with artificial addittives from my diet. I make everything from scratch now

I am not going to make this a long dialogue, but I surely believe that the food we are eating, is making us sick. 90 % of the symptoms I had are gone now. I have quit all my medication, I dont drink alcohol anymore, I am still sticking to my diet, because I think my previous lifestyle over 30 + years, was the cause of my body and mind getting sick.

Take this as a good advice from someone who has been there. Not as something you SHALL do. Ultimately, it's your life and you do with it as you wish.

Also, this dude is pinpointing some of this pretty well I think:

Yes I have, and I have even studiet it as a RN. I believe it's a load of crap - as everyone is different and needs a diet that ones body can live and thrive with - not what some health guru or the media has stated as being "the" correct way of eating.

When this is said, most of the health tips regarding food now a days are based on money, from big companies aiming to sell their products.

Good Stuff!... Thanks for posting!

Trying to go organic/natural here... The prices are much higher, but can you really put a price on the health of your family and yourself... Another thing that motivates me is going to stores and seeing what looks like the Hills Have Eyes cast let out, which I believe is due to poor food/diet... among other things!

Even going to try all natural home made cleaning stuff!

You're right, organic foods are more expensive. But the thing is, it doesn't take as much organic plants/fruits to fill you up, so you are essentially eating less. It takes more processed foods to give you that full feeling. So in the long run, organic should be around the same money, perhaps even less expensive at times.

Re: Food that Kills
I have had the very same testimony OP and am convinced of the same thing. Only difference is that I do eat local grass fed meat.
My doctor is very aware of the total change and health restored from my radical change in diet.
Also I had to stop drinking coffee and only drink green tea and Yerba mate.
Improved appearance and some weight loss is a nice bonus as well .

Awesome :) I believe there is a huge difference in eating organic meat instead of animals fed on "artificial foods". I call it that, when they have not been able to grass feed.

Im so happy for you!

SOY

consequences of consuming it are diabolically enormous
