I believe it's a load of crap - as everyone is different and needs a diet that ones body can live and thrive with - not what some health guru or the media has stated as being "the" correct way of eating. When this is said, most of the health tips regarding food now a days are based on money, from big companies aiming to sell their products. Trying to go organic/natural here... The prices are much higher, but can you really put a price on the health of your family and yourself... Another thing that motivates me is going to stores and seeing what looks like the Hills Have Eyes cast let out, which I believe is due to poor food/diet... among other things! Even going to try all natural home made cleaning stuff! |

But the thing is, it doesn't take as much organic plants/fruits to fill you up, so you are essentially eating less. It takes more processed foods to give you that full feeling. So in the long run, organic should be around the same money, perhaps even less expensive at times. |

Only difference is that I do eat local grass fed meat. My doctor is very aware of the total change and health restored from my radical change in diet. Also I had to stop drinking coffee and only drink green tea and Yerba mate. Improved appearance and some weight loss is a nice bonus as well . |

Awesome :) I believe there is a huge difference in eating organic meat instead of animals fed on "artificial foods". I call it that, when they have not been able to grass feed. Im so happy for you! All the inspiration you will ever need to eat a minimally processed veggie or mostly veggie diet. A fun read, too! Thank you! Will do!
