I think you have just proven the OP's point. you dont need guns because all they do is cause trouble in the wrong hands and the more easily available they are the more trouble they cause

Yes of course!! You want guns for pleasure. People are getting killed with guns like yours because the killers find it easy to get their hands on guns 'like yours' Do you not agree that by taking the guns off the people you are cutting down the risk of innocent people getting killed because guns are so readily available? Of course you will still have guns on the black market but if you are honest America is the only place on earth that has so many shootings from a crazy person just wanting people to die for no reason.
