Hell you have a stable government and very little diversity in your country. I'd feel more secure too.......But look deep. this can change fast as the NWO engulfs us all,,,,,,,What are you willing to give up to be a part of it?

Penguins hang out with fellow penguins, not intermingling with Tigers and Sharks. Stupid analogy I know, but I think there's some truth to that.

I hear your point, but I feel safe walking down an alley at night. But then again, I'm not a hot asian chick.

I only lived there a year but I felt very safe there...the public transit and all that was very easy to navigate and at the most I'd only get hassled to "practice english" by drunks on the subways...

I don't think it has anything to do with the guns/no guns thing...the PEOPLE in general have a more peaceful way about them.

They really don't need to, their conventional weaponry can wipe out Seoul in a heartbeat. Hence the reason for the move of the Yongsan army garrison further south. and yes, it should be "farther" but I like further better.

I guess the OP doesn't know that
the NK has 1,560 heavy artillery
batteries aimed at Seoul 24/7.
it could flatten the city in less
than an hr.

how safe do you feel now ??

how's that no-gun policy working
for ya north of the border bro ??
