Face it. No One Knows Where We Came From, Where We're Going, Or If There Are 1 Or More Gods Or Not.
But tons of people like to think that they do. They can't stand living in a state of not knowing so they delude themselves into thinking that they know currently unknowable things.

They see the complexity of existence and argue that it's too complex to be without a creator. Using that same argument wouldn't the creator of such a complex creation also be too complex to exist without a creator? Who created God? Who created the creator of God and so on? At some point something must have existed without a creator. What makes you theists so certain that some imaginary god is the one without a creator and not us?

And what makes you religious people so certain that your chosen holy book is actually legit? How did you decide that your book was divinely inspired, and those other "holy books" are b.s.? Were you brainwashed at a young age, or did you resort to blind faith at an older age out of desperation for answers and cling to the most culturally accepted fairy tale that you could find?

I may not know where I came from but I know where I have been.

Why does that sound like the words to something?

I would vote for building a spaceship and trying to find the gods that apparently live in the clouds if depictions over the ages are correct. But that might result in the same death....not everyone is a rocket scientist.

OP, if you knew the "Creator of All" your whole life, you would most likely argue with them as if you are wiser than them.

People would argue with the "All-knowing Creator" had they known them their whole life

If I was the Creator, I would stay away from us too, and let us grow up thinking we know everything in our own way, then show us everything after WE screw everything up.

Had we seen the truth our whole lives, we would still go our own way like the assholes we are

This is all truth, and it's nice to see more agnosticism on this forum.
There's too many people here running around with a book not knowing they could be 100% wrong about everything. Atheists too, could be wrong about everything. So why fight each other in the meantime? Nobody knows, so let's fucking kill each other about it. Strange yeah?
I wasn't aware also that George Carlin couldn't speak without a teleprompter.. you're an idiot. He was a comedian. He wrote his own material. What world do some people live on. Accept that you do not know for sure, and wait until we can prove it, one way or another. Until then do you really NEED Religion? Or lack thereof? No. You do not.

I didn't die, but I had an OOB, met the prince of darkness himself, believe it or not, he has more power than most people think. He can see the future, cause pain telepathically, and of course omniscience. I am not saying this is all truth, but he showed me how we're all connected, and seemingly we all share the same '1-mind' behind it all and that we chose to emulate the suffering and pleasures of the world. But I am a Christian so it could have been attempt to deceive me out of my religion...
