Same shit's been happening in Britain for years. Only last week a man who permanently blinded a complete stranger got a CAUTION! That means no jail, no fine, no probation, just a telling off. Prisons are full to bursting; violent criminals are walking the streets...

Yeah, this doesn't look like arm twisting at all. No sir, cutting police budgets, fire budgets, and any sort of protection will surly show us how much they need to raise our taxes and need us to tighten our belts while they expand theirs.
