1) I grew up middle class, son of engineer and teacher parents.
2) I paid my own way through college but ended up dropping out and doing stuff completely unrelated to my degree. Later in life in got my Masters and PhD as a sort of hobby.
3) I have been self-employed since I was 16.
4) I didn't get "rich" until the 1990's during the tech boom.
5) Divorce cost me basically everything. Whatever I had left got embezzled by my ex business partner.
6) Went to work for other people for about 7 years, totally wasting my life and treading water financially.
7) Started an endeavor with a dear friend, and it's about to pay off hugely.

Can I have $40,000?

And in my experience, there is no magic bullet. Not even sheer skill and total dedication is any guarantee of success. Look at Tesla, poor dude basically invented electricity but died broke and alone.

Their negative energy brings them down and brings them more things that make them even more negative. It is a vicious cycles until they learn to break it. If they ever do.

I am unable to feel envy, I can only feel frustration with my self when I don't reach the goals I wish to achieve. I am certainly happy that any good person does good in life, the day that doesn't happen our world will be certainly in a sad state of affairs. That day is near unfortunately if things continue as they are.

Here's another tip:

Only hang out with and partner with people who are generally smarter than you. If not higher IQs, then more successful and/or stronger in areas you are weak in.

"Poor" people, who are often only poor by First-World standards are often conscripted into forceful medication sechdules. They get lectured by odd men who cannot sit still for more then five seconds that because they didn't get a boner looking at the academic accreditation framed upon their walls. Some of them willingly go along with this medication because they cannot take any more of a sociopathic society.

Myself, I have no problem with a sociopathic society, I identify with sociopaths like yourself easily. You make worthy scapegoats for problems you cannot control.

Another tip:

Make sure your endeavor actually solves some painful problem for someone. The more pain you relieve, the more people are willing to pay.
