You dont use a butt of a gun for a hammer. its a macho thing, It is a tool, do not try to tell me a rancher who straps his gun on every day for his entire life looks at it any other way. It is a part of you and you carry it every time you leave the house no matter what; it is not something you fumble over that you feel uncomfortable to put on every day. You should not carry if you’re only going to do it once a week, that is pointless. This is where you accept it is not a weapon to be use but a tool to carry that you never want to use. When that gun comes out it is not a threat against your attacker it is the tool you are going to use to stop them. There is only the action of stopping the attacker because that is the only choice you are were left with.  I'm only human, it's my biggest flaw. We must all realize a sink a chair and a pillow are all luxuries of home and a soldiers helmet takes the place of all three. |
