United States 12/28/2012 12:45 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | With all the talk/fear over gun control I think it might be a good idea to familiarize ourselves with state to state gun laws concerning both concealed carry and in car carry. Below is a fantastic site that lists laws by state as well as showing which states have reciprocity agreements with other states. [ link to www.usacarry.com] The one thing we can all do to combat gun control is to exercise our rights such that the average Joe is accustomed to seeing guns out in the open, worn by responsible individuals. Part of what is aiding the gun control idiots is that we have been unarmed to the extent that if we see someone wearing a gun we initially become alarmed. What we need to all be concerned about is the coming fight for our rights. About the only thing we can do at this point to avoid this looming fight is to stand up for ourselves and fight the seemingly all powerful propaganda being spewed by central government. We have to take this stance in an effort to avoid open violent conflict. |

United States 12/28/2012 01:17 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Re: Gun Carry Laws By State Quoting: RelentlessDespot Thanks. Good info to know. My son has CC and each time he goes to visit a friend in Missouri, he has to stop before Illinois and lock up the gun. Some states are reciprocal?....let CC holders from other states carry in their state, but Illinois isn't one of them. |

United States 12/28/2012 01:23 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Re: Gun Carry Laws By State Listen and I mean get this. The Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States already gives every American the right to carry firearms, concealed, open, or otherwise. To seek a permit, is to give up your rights. Illinois is in violation of the Constitution of the United States, but everyone that says you need apply is also in violation. |

United States 12/28/2012 01:29 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Re: Gun Carry Laws By State Absolutely true, but at this stage to do so is to be gunned down by 13 cops firing 137 bullets.
The 2nd has one word that no one ever seems to get: Infringed
That is a very powerful word and proves your point exactly. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 30264892 Agree completely, but am glad my son follows the law. Wouldn't do a lot of good for his future to be arrested for concealed weapon at any time, but especially when young. You know what the reasoning would be. If you're going to violate the law by concealing it, you'd violate it by using it for less than honorable purposes. |
