Saved us a lot of trouble during Superstorm Sandy, when stores, banks and gas stations were closed for days. Stay safe and warm! It is a windy and cold place in the north Atlantic. In addition to the often extreme weather the island is highly volcanic and prone to earthquaqes. Despite all this it is my favorite place on earth. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 16522289 I've visited Iceland and loved it. Bathed in the blue lagoon, visited the plant created to use the warm water from beneath, clubbed in Reykjavik. You'll survive this snow as we just survived our great snow storm recently. We like it. Give us snow storms please! :)) |
