Another technique I like stems on the above "Derivative Argument"; wherein one forces on the opponent an ultimatum: "well are you with us, or against us?" basically. I use it in morally or religiously charged debates wherein I believe the opponent to be actively malicious.

The name for this one is drawn from several sources including "role-playing" on this very site. I call the technique "Witch Hunter". LOL. In the theme of fighting deception common on this site.
