Here's another question. So of if acess to this NICT Simulation software was 'termintaed', so does that mean that there is currently no means for us to monitor the magnetosphere, and that we will not be able to view any graphs during these upcoming dates to verify that this is repeating?

If this is the case then are we pretty much left with looking for auroras & potentially significant EQ activity as our means for confirming the phenomena is reoccuring on these dates?
