It's not other Planets orbits but rather Earth. Earth's position in the Solar system is the pretty much the same on the same dates yearly. Jup-Sun conjunct lasts around 8 weeks, the dates I gave were straight line Earth-Sun-Jup. The only one OUT is 2/24/12. 8 of the 9 are IN Jup-Sun conjunct plausibilty.
