What your describing is a perpetual motion machine. There have been many attempts at this before. A few have claimed to have mastered it. When I was going to school for electrical engineering I was intrigued by the idea but failed to come up with a working model myself. I did figure out how to generate free electricity utilizing radio waves but there are many models of this already on the internet. Quoting: JEACES The problem is people having to figure out the one gear cog that runs the "back and forth weight motion cog" into a single spinning cog motion in one direction to complete the generator gearing system. You need a cork screw type gear for that... like a spinning top uses " the kids toy".
