Why are women becoming more like men?

Probably for the same reasons that men are becoming feminine.
A lot of them have womens facial features just as women are looking like men.Guys with their ruffled shirts and skinny jeans just dont appeal to men.But then you have the he man women in baggy jeans and over sized sweatshirts.Maybe its in the food and water...

I have always been the one that mowed the lawn and did the yard work.

I'm going to blame extended childhood. Let's make sure our "kids" stay in school until they're 18 or 22 or 26. Then make sure they get jobs to validate the education. Teach both genders, while they're still young, that making money is better than anything else in the world.

While you're doing this, make it a crime to grow up. It hasn't been that long ago in this country that people started working and got married YOUNG. Young enough to enjoy that first rush of adolescent longing and experience life with their first love. Not anymore. They're still children now, long past the age where our grandmothers and great-grandmothers would have been making a home and family with the love of their life. What happens when the young people can't be with the one they love? They go out with someone else, then someone else, and someone else, until finally it sinks in that everyone will leave so you better learn to rely on yourself.

So, in the wild west, while the man was off out in the wilds, what did the Women do? who defended the homestead, who fixed what was broken? Who made sure the cattle was safe etc if not for the woman at home?

In the West there are a few groups we can blame for the mess we are in, the Roman Catholic Church, the Puritans, the stupid Victorians etc.. and now we have a few other stupid groups to add to the list, the stupid feminists and those who support positive discrimation, since they are as bad as the people who kicked all of this off..

maybe one day the pendulum will settle back into it's balanced position when we again have a natural relationship between the genders, but then again... maybe not.

Well in my case bc I lived alone for a long time in a house by myself my college education got me a great job which I am lucky to still have in this economy. Living in new York is a plus but we pay for it in taxes. I have painted the inside and whole outside of my house. Power washed it Maybe bc my dad didn't have boys but regularly went off shore fishing until I had my baby 2 years ago. But now I have her father living here and he's really good at watching tv in the den! Too bad you live so far away. I could use some help!

we've gone from women being sent away in arranged marriages and raped by older husbands...1800s or later...still happening in many parts of the world

to now that we asked for equal rights and respect, better treatment, what do we get instead?

we get to slave at a job, raise three kids somehow whilst working full time and attempting to be a mother simultaneously (impossible, the child will suffer), doing most of the cooking and cleaning as well....
