Daimond/crystal studded mask with them all over the head piece like the Buddah with the Pine Cone Hat.

The white mask almost looks like he's an egyptian with the eagle helmet on or something, but there's no beak. It's a regular face, all white and pulled back hair...blown back or something. You can see it in a side profile there...
