A federal lawsuit will require the presence of POTUS in Sacramento early in the New Year.

The lawsuit was filed on behalf of Keith Judd, Democrat, who won 41 per cent against Obama in May's West Virginia primary, and also names as plaintiffs two other Presidential candidates, and Republican and Libertarian candidates for members of the electoral college. It is claimed that Judd would have been the Democratic Party presidential nominee on the West Virginia ballot on November 6th, if Obama had been removed from the ballot as ineligible, and that the subsequent re-election of Obama cannot be accepted by Congress.

The suit has also been filed on behalf of Edward Noonan, who won the American Independent Party presidential primary in California; Thomas Gregory MacLeran, who filed to run as a Republican for president; and Republican James Grinols and Libertarian Robert Odden, who both ran for elector in Minnesota.

The case has become known as Grinols et al v. Electoral College et al.

This is an attempt to prevent Congress from counting the Electoral College vote for Obama.

Regarding eligibility, it is alleged that Obama has used forged documents, including a fake birth certificate, Selective Service card and Social Security number from Connecticut, to run for President.

If successful the suit would block VP Joe Biden from performing his constitutional duty as president of the U.S. Senate, opening envelopes containing individual state Electoral College votes in front of a joint session of Congress in January.

Barack Obama returned to Washington, DC, earlier than scheduled. Orly Taitz thinks she knows why:

Brian Schatz was named by Hawaii Governor Neil Abercrombie to the U. S. Senate today to fill the seat of deceased Senator Daniel Inouye, against the wishes apparently of Inouye, who had picked his own successor, a Japanese American woman well-respected in Hawaii political circles, with decades of experience.

Schatz attended college in California and studied abroad in Kenya. Schatz also worked as a community organizer.

Schatz is best known in the Obama conspiracy community for his job as Hawaii Democratic Party Chair in 2008, and the one who signed the Certificate of Nomination of Barack Obama as the State’s Democratic Nominee for President saying:

"THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the following candidates for President and Vice-President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the national Democratic Parties balloting at the Presidential Preference Poll and Caucus… Barack Obama…"

Governor Abercrombie, of course, assured the media he could lay his hands on the real birth certificate, but strangely never did so.
