The judge's order also covers the two other search warrants, for the 2010 Honda Civic Adam Lanza drove to the school and for Nancy Lanza's 2009 silver BMW, which was parked in the garage attached to the home.

"The court finds that due to the nature and circumstances of this case and the ongoing investigation, the state's interest in continuing nondisclosure substantially outweighs any right to public disclosure at this time," Blawie wrote.

I do not think the gun ban things makes a difference at all. Okay so they ban guns. So what. That will not stop folks. That will have to occur by force. Only the gullible will comply with registering firearms. Only the law abiders will turn over their guns. So. That is not it.

Their motive is bigger than that....the mind is more threatening than a gun to them. All the chemicals they are using on the populace are not working...the majority of folk are still able to think. Baffling!

It's weird because there is helicopter video of two long guns in the trunk of the Honda, which really surprised me. I just saw it for the first time....

At the 1:00 mark in this video you can see both guns - what some say is SAIGA shotgun and possibly then an AR beside it? I don't know.

They will be monitoring GLP during that 90 days so they can adjust the evidence to cover all the discrepancies that are found in what they have previously stated as fact.
