Yeah call child protective services.. I know sometimes things can get loud with little kids, but that just sounds suspect. If they have nothing to hide then a visit from cps shouldn't be a problem.

Go over there yourself, with someone if possible, and check on the welfare of the child. If you suspect any foul play then call the cops and report your concerns. Don't just sit there wondering. Do something.

One parent was screaming at the other for being so stupid.. the child was screaming as one parents was forcing her to hold her hand under a cold running tap and the other parent was beating out the wax spill fire...

later.. everyone calmed down and they laughed at something unrelated as 'that' emergency was now over with and being normal human beings they moved on.

be VERY careful how you deal with 'imagined' abuse. Having Child Services called on you when you are innocent KILLS something inside you. I've seen it happen to a family member. (innocent)... yeah they arrive, asses and then leave apologising but it leaves you worried to even shout at your child for REAL dangers in case some neighbour calls up on you.

But then again.

If the children are being abused you MUST do something. Keep your ears on alert for any other signs and if you still think abuse is ongoing then drop a letter off at their Doctors Surgery. They will surreptitiously check up and take it from there if there is cause for concern.
