Why does this surprise anybody? Massive programs like Obumacare during a recession. That was the government spending money they didn't have. Any more QE would risk severe inflation. It's alright thpugh, those that benifited most from Obamacare (the super-rich and those on welfare) won't have to pick up the tab.
