yey! I am just starting a detox and fasting plan , I will be having 8am water and lemon 8.15 apple and beetroot juice 9am 1 spoon psyllium husk and water mix >>>water and ginger n lemon tea till lunch 12pm broth soup (any veg just the broth with some cayenne pepper) 12.30 psyllium husk and water >>>>water and ginger lemon tea till.... 3.30one apple/or juice of apple and beetroot >>>water and herb teas
6pm another broth soup and apple/beet juice followed by psyllium drink again
>>>herb teas and water till bed....
7/8pm 2 prunes and senna
and you can do this for as long as you want, and then comign off this you gently ween yourself back onto fruit like papaya and then steam veg..etc
I lost a kilo a day doing this for just over two weeks - but that was when i had a lot of weight to loose. It doesnt mess with you metabolism if you do it properly- i can vouch for that because ive been doing it on and off and ive lost 24 kilos :D
