Edgar Cayce said that eating only apples for 3 days would remove ALL toxins in the body and ya can eat as many as ya want.....he said the red pear shaped ones (deliciuos?) but I use delicious & gala....also good to do a castor oil pack on the abdomen each nite during the applefast....
