I am also doing juicing. Fruits and veggies.
I get tired feelings too. Even after drinking it.
It's probably a detox reaction.

Joining in on this thread! I started my detox/fast today :) I have seen the support and great tips on this thread and think accountability/tips can really help with making it through some of the harder parts of a fasting/cleanse. Hope everyone is doing okay this morning!

Hello! if i disappear it may be because i am banned...my ip address resets all the time because i am using an internet dongle, portable thing. I was banned all day..but now I am not! Anyway, fasting is going well and I have weighed myself and lost 2 KG! I was 88 now 86! that is just in a couple of days..It will fluctuate and I am not doing any exercise yet either...which will begin on thursday bcz of my cycle and need to rest. ....so gym commences on thursday! ...feeling great..although a bit sleepy and stressed but that is because I am detoxing some crappy situations too and I have all sorts of emotional residue which is being faced as I fast. Its good though and I keep thinking of my idol lana del rey and how beautiful she looks in a white t shirt and blue jeans and I have that image in my head not the negative big fat blobby giving up image. :D

hope u are all doing well! keep going be strong lets transition into the new year with ZEST! and it doesnt matter if we slip up and eat whatever, just restart and carry on! :D

Back on the horse today, for the most part. I did have a few more tortilla chips and a cup of popcorn. This is WAY fewer calories than I normally take in, and I don't have ANY hunger pangs at all.

No weight loss yet, but I've lost my food cravings and feel no urge to run out for chinese takeout.

Tomorrow I will pick up the greens for the juicer. WAY more energy today, I've just been lying around, napping, and generally feeling like a zombie until now. I also got back on my vitamins, the Q10 has completely reversed my energy depletion.

Yey! keep going and enjoy your juice! I am going to look for a juicer too...the idea of all those nutrients is really really exciting. I also had a few crackers yesturday evening like ryvitas- but apart from that all good. I have bust off 3 KG in total now!!!! i cant believe how quickly this works...from 88 to 85 kg!

just a reminder i was 113 before i started the original fast- lost 16 kg then a further 9kg through healthy eating and exercise- then a further 14kg through one more fast and continued diet and exercise...so 39 kg in total by end f the summer. then i got into a relationship and boyf was cheating and i ignored my instincts and then when it all came out i nose dived and put on 14kg! omg i am just seeing how rediculous that is that i would put on so much weight just because of a breakup. this is why i have to do the emotional work too as well as fasting and raw food/healthy eating and exercise.

3 kg down a good start :) and the sun is shining!

Well msm links are common here, I trust science and nutritional data over some fucking hippie with no proof to back their claim.

Detoxes are bad, they're a waste of money, and there is a ton of evidence to back it.

Go to ANY nutritionist and they will ALL tell you that exclusionary diets are harmful.

pretty sure the poster was referencing the fact that you're on a conspiracy website, and you're taking what the MSM is telling you as accurate? Big Pharma doesn't want you to stay healthy. Re: I know a lot of you are health nuts, any good detox plans out there?
I'm on day two of another little mini detox. It's true you cannot detox for everything at once...you can focus on parasites, on heavy metals, on flouride, or any other number of things. I've been eating pretty healthily for a couple years now, cooking my own food, nothing prepackaged, so I feel what I'm doing now is safe for me.

I didn't read about this particularly detox anywhere, it's just I know I don't have a lot of will power, and I know what I like!

I bought 30 pounds organic apples for 50 cents a pound this fall, and they are still good, so I'm eating
Only apples
and nuts or seeds. Non-irradiated almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds (for parasites), pine nuts, and sunflower seeds.

Lots of filtered water, sometimes with Apple Cider Vinegar and/or baking soda for alkalyzing

Herbal tea all day long, with 1/4 tsp borax for flouridation (but I always do that)

2 TB of diatomaceous earth and bentonite clay that I mixed with distilled water, again, for parasites.

Activated charcoal

Chlorella

In the herbal tea, I'll use different herbs, most of which I've grown. Anti-oxidants: red clover, roobois, and alfalfa (this also has tons of minerals). Liver cleanse: Milk Thistle and Dandelionroot. Blood purifier: Burdock root and red clover.

So this is my third day. Not a hard cleanse to follow. Maybe not the best or most efficient, but I figure the body needs a break every so often, and this can't hurt!

Forgot to add that I also use cloves in the herbal tea for parasites. Tried wormwood, but it is soooooooooo bitter! It helped to add lemon and baking soda to counteract the Wormwood bitterness.

Wormwood herb, cloves, and Black Walnut Hull tincture are proven parasite killers, as is diatomacious earth. I'm currently deworming my cats by adding this earth to their cat food.

Re: I know a lot of you are health nuts, any good detox plans out there?
hmmmm heres something finally on the site i can claim to be an expert on lol. soooooooo i'm assuming you have a desire to pass the highest possible urine screen. and you have a desire to pass it clean. which would imply a form of detox. Do not be fooled by packaged detox products!! although some work and i can testify the effectiveness of some of these packaged products, nothing is more powerful for a quick detox than diet itself. Lets assume you are going to get first temp tested(urine temperature)dip stripped, then a creatinine test, then specific gravity, and then a gas chromotography test. so 4 tests.

Turn to diet. Purchase asparigus and ginger. Eat asparagus 3 times a day or with every meal. Also, brew up a asparagus tea with ginger. To do this you need to put a whole bushel in a huge pot. Slow boil it down with the sliced ginger root. The asparagus will break down into mushy fibers. Then strain the tea. I know your thinking - what the hell???!?!! no way!! my pee is going to smell aweful and my social life will be ruined if i add this to my diet. DEAL WITH IT. ASPARAGUS has one of the highest fiber contents that can be transferred to liquid. the fiber his highly absorbant of all foreign chemicals and materials and also absorbant of nurition in the body that you need to replace. But it works real quick. Also eat huge plates of brown rice with each meal. If you are getting tired of drinking the tea which needs to be your main source of liquid throughout the day, use massive glasses of water with each meal and then switch to the tea. Also, eat red meat. So steak, ground beef, hamburger steaks, and make sure the meat is greasy, so a high fat content is absolutely necessary. don't buy the lean stuff. Munch of fiber foods throughout the day aside from what i prescribed. Phyllum husk drinks are permittable but not reccomended. Be sure to supplement for the lost nutrition you will experience on this diet. A perfect example of this diet applied effectively for detox is meal 1: half a plate of greasy ground beef in a hamurger steak covered in mustard, half a plate of brown rice with lots of butter, topped with a large amount of asparagus. Eat till you feel full as hell. Repeat this meal 2 times a day if you can handle 3 times aday with breakfast included as one of the meals. If you absolutely must have something different for breakfast, greasy meats and a huge bowl of oats with lots of butter. Quinoa can be used instead of brown rice. So can teff. Not much else is going to be as effective is what i've listed. How do i know this works? I experimented on the most intense probation where i was tested 2 to 3 times a week for 3 1/2 years. passed every single drug test dirty. But you see if you don't want to persist smoking MJ like i used to, you will be completely detoxed in no time flat.

oh and you can sweeten the tea with honey or jelly to combat the taste. the ginger also helps with the taste and keeps the bowels and stomach tamed to the best of the particular humans ability

I forgot to mention the purpose of the red meat in the beginning of this earlier post. It will significanlty raise the levels of creatinine in the body. Very important for intense drug screening.

If you want to follow this diet and pee dirty, be prepared to water your pee down and also take a niacin or many B vitamins included with a multi vitamin to change your pee to a yellow color and to show a nuritional content within the pee. If it looks yellow and tests clean it must be clean right??!?! ahahahahaha take that you establishment pee obsessed bastards. We live in a sick world. If the dogs at the top can cheat us on the bottom, we can cheat right back.

Oh yea, milk will help as well. Fats and fibers are going to pull the peculiars out of your body in your feces and urine. use iodized salt in your food too if you detect your ability to keep water deteriorating. Good luck. if you don't believe this works go buy some testing kits and experiement with the diet and make a bet with someone. That way you can make a tiny profit in your experiement to justify what you may think is a waste of time for something that doesn't work. I will not reccomend packaged products due to the fact THAT ALL OF THEM ARE HEAVILY DEPENDANT ON A LIGHT BODY WEIGHT SUBJECT WITH THE PERFECT DIGESTIVE SYSTEM. those bastards are sending the gullible to jail through a profit. sick sick sick. again - good luck

DISCLAIMER: this doesn't work with hair, flesh swabs or mouth swabs - only your urine

OK, it's confession time. I'm going to tell what I did even though I'm deeply ashamed and I knew better, yet acted against my conscience in a moment of weakness.

I've been doing really good on my diet, and eating a lot less the last few days. I started feeling better than I have in a long time. Well.. I went shopping after work, and on my way home, I was really hungry and knew it would take awhile to prep something, plus I was craving salt. So.. I did the unthinkable and went through the McDonalds drive through and ordered a #1.

Within an hour I was feeling horrible. Really spaced out and tired, and my whole body started to hurt terribly. My stomach became bloated and I got nauseated.

I feel as if I've ingested poison, it's like there's a wad of cement in my stomach.

I'm really really sorry I did this, it was an awful setback.. and I don't know how many days it's going to take to clear out of my system. Let this be a lesson to all.

No worries! You will work it out of your system in no time...I feel like you were supposed to do this, it obviously taught you a lesson :)

I have done something similar in the past with staying away from processed foods and then eating them at a party and I was cursing myself that night and the next day for eating them because I felt so bad...its like you didn't know how bad they really made your system feel, until you felt good (due to them NOT being in your system!).

I masturbate 7-10 times a day for six weeks. Sometimes, I will play a Dolly Parton album.

After the six weeks, I celebrate with Philly Cheesesteaks and some Rocky Road.

I can only eat using one hand though. The other is useless for a time.

My chiropractor told me that the best detox plan was the "granny smith apple" one. He said that I should eat and drink nothing but granny smith apples and water for 24 hours....and stay close to the bathroom.

Some enzyme that is only found in the granny smith apple is cause for the removal of all toxins in the body.

He also said that it is the best way to test for toxin-related pain.....In other words, for chronic sufferrers of pain, by removing the toxins from the body in this fashion, one can gauge how much pain is caused by injury and how much is caused by the presense of toxins.

What. Da. Heck.

First of all, good for you for "telling on yourself." It is self-awareness and honesty and humility that are the foundations for living a life filled with integrity! So, you have been detoxing not only your body, but your spirit as well! Good for you, be proud of yourself!

As for the fast food, this must serve as a powerful teaching lesson to you, from you. McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, Subway, etc. are all FOOD-FLAVORED POISON.
Think about what type of meat must go into a $1.00 double cheeseburger. Think about the conditions that miserable cow suffered through its entire life, fed food it was not meant to eat, pumped full of antibiotics, forced to live in its own excrement its entire life, never getting any exercise. Think about it, do not hide like an ostrich.

That is what you ate. Never again.

You have to convince yourself that it really is not food.

I can empathize, because I used to eat fast food at least 1-2 times per week, up until a few years ago. I am certain if I were to eat anything on the McD or BK menu, I would be sick within an hour. Coming out both ends sick.

I also can empathize with wanting something salty, but with me it is sweets. I am working on that, so I do not mean to preach to you!

As for salt cravings....perhaps that signals a certain vitamin or mineral deficiency?

Last point: Go buy some pink Himalayan salt! Look it up! It is all I use now! Also, research the drink: SOLE (with an accent over the e)

You can easily make it at home inexpensively! You just add salt to a jar of spring water, make sure it dissolves...research the 26% concentration, it can not become more concentrated!.....in the mornings, add 1 teaspoon of the saltwater to a pint of fresh water and drink it!

That might cure your salt cravings.

it is true that most stupid people are conservative.

Re: I know a lot of you are health nuts, any good detox plans out there?
Today I went to the doctor, my blood pressure was only 122/76, that is unbelievably awesome! That's like a young person! Two weeks ago it was still very high in spite of my high bp medications.

I can only attribute this to the change in diet, less caffeine, and more water.

Congrats thats so awesome :) and from what it sounds like, a drastic improvement. Its amazing how good you CAN feel...so many people don't know how blah they really are until they eat differently for a few weeks and begin to feel incredible! Congrats again on your great visit with the doctor!

I was thinking 14 days, I've googled and a common theme is lemon water in the morning. Any other ideas?

Workout, use your body, eat well.

That's it.

Don't work out during fast while your body is doing deep repair as it takes the repair energy and diverts it from where it is needed.

divide your body weight by half and then drink that many oz. of water daily. For instance 180 lb. = 90 oz. Drink 18 oz at a time straight down quickly every 2-3 hours. Also drink dandelion tea to detox the liver.
