I agree with the Brit Americans on average are shitty people. I'm an American and lived here all my life, I've traveled to nearly every state and the only consistencies are assholes and fucking wackjobs everywhere. But you don't need to treat every Merican like they are assholes from the git. Chances are that the dude you are calling a asshole has lived his whole life telling other Americans that they are fucking insane.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 30900086

Move to Cuba asshole.

Seriously, you don't deserve to live in America.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1152779

Why because I don't have my head shoved so far up my own ass that I can lick my own throat? Uh... dude hate to break it to you but in the Real World the average American would spit on a dead homeless person before they checked their pulse. I bet you can name 8 people at your job whom you would love to water board.

The part about you being sold as a child. I'm just wandering because I had no record of being born in the US when I was 18 and my Mother called our state Gov who just so happens to be a friend of our family and I had a BC made.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 30900086

The family I grew up with in the states had friends in the vital records department, so same kind of thing there.

I remember parts of my passage but I was so young that I really don't know the details. It's not hard to smuggle kids over the border, or at least it wasn't back then. In one part a ferry man asked me if I was okay and I said yes because I thought I was. I trusted adults and whatever bullshit they told me so "we're going on a ride for the day" didn't really seem out of place. Matching memory to location that one was possibly the Panama canal, so we're talking several borders crossed with no problem.

That's the problem - they are "good" people. They never mind their own business, they are always looking for "bad guys" to torture and kill.

God help you if Americans label you a fascist, terrorist, rogue nation or whatever the fuck they don't like at the moment.

After I left the US I relaxed. I always knew something was wrong but I was scared to find out. I'm not joking when I say America gives me PTSD. I was always scared out of my mind there, like I seriously thought someone would attack me if I looked into things (I don't know why, it was probably just a reflex left over from adults overreacting when I brought it up as a child). Once I was off US soil I started researching (after slacking for ages lol, less stress makes me sleepy). I already had the memories that didn't match the bullshit I had been told so I looked for official records to confirm or deny the memories as well as the bullshit I had been fed. I started with family records and found out most of them had been forged. I also noted that all of the records from vital statistics had been signed by a family friend..it turns out she was in charge of records. Then I contacted various departments in the US other than that office and found out when my records were really created using the serial numbers etcetera, (even SS will tell you what month and year they first recorded you) and I went from there...DNA, searching for genetic family, etc. It's been liberating.

What the hell man? How did you get citizenship in the UK? Seriously I have been wandering this shit for years. I noticed the shit about my childhood and my accent first then I noticed that on three different copies of a BC it had three different places of birth. Also I found out my parents weren't together when I was supposed to have been created. Also my Social Security Card has the wrong spelling of my name. Wow this is fucking crazy.

Lol. Now that's another story entirely and has nothing to do with my genetic disaster. Sometimes we each have to walk our own path. Mine was always heading out of the states, although honestly I thought it would lead me to South America.

Re: DNA and looking for a match with current parents.
Unless you can swab them in their sleep (lol) you would need a forensic test run. That just means that they'll compare your swab against hair, etcetera taken from the other person. I'm not sure if they do that for individuals in the states, might have to run it through a lab in China or something. .

I doubt any American ever sold their children into this because it is illegal and your ass will be thrown in jail so it is children's parents else where that do this. Also, this organization has nothing to do with the American people. This org. is supported through medical research from most countries, including yours. Please do be so bias and sterotyping because it gives those who do not know us a bad taste in there mouth. Rather than bad mounthing one country when multiple countries are involved, you should really do something about it. Start a petition, educate the public about it, and so on. ~peace~

I am sorry but it is the states that allowed the research and the research companies that lied (to provide advocates for the well being of the children) that allowed this to open and they were busted. You speak out against the American people as a whole. I can find this corrupt example in ANY country, your too. In the article it also states that this was performed by world wide researches. It goes on to say that this was done without following the federal laws. Please stop picking apart articles to have them read what you want them to say. I agree that what happened was horrible but it did not just happen here, it happens everywhere with these medical research labs. btw....some of these children did live longer than they would have because of this research. Although what happened to these children are very troubling, one must realize this stopped 10 years ago, these children were already severly sick with AIDS. The intention during that time was to try and save the children not harm them and when this went to trail, the investigation found that no child within the US died as a result of the drugs. Go research that.
