Other countries with strong social apparatus for allowing ritualistic abuse of children, like UK and Australia, should be prevented from adopting foreign children too.

Too bad the Russians don't give a fuck to the rest of the world outside East Europe, because they have rare moral values and strength to influence the other countries against the decayed western society.

I think the children are being used as political pawns by the government. It is not like Russia has a squeaky clean history when it comes to abuses.

Orphanages aren't supposed and not expected to be good places, but a FAMILY is supposed to be a place where one will be loved and protected. But the dirty history of foster homes in the USA is no secret. Satanic ritualistic abuse of children in countries of Anglo-Saxon origin IS a fact, though they managed to keep it hidden behind a veil of economic prosperity.

Yes but nationality isn't the only variable. There's also race, age and the child's general condition (drug addiction, etc.)

For example a white family may prefer a Russian or Chinese child over an American black child. And also there are people who say a black child should not be available to be adopted by white families anyway.

Still I see the point, Americans are much more likely to overlook issues that would be game-stoppers anywhere else.

Yep, Brazilian children are victims of poverty and urban violence, both by the hands of criminals and cops, but they ARE NOT victims of a national network of incestuous satanist pedophiles like in the USA and UK. Period!

Brazilian children who have a home and family are not raised to be ritualistic abused and turned into Monarch slaves like in America.

Way to go Putin! Even if he did this for political reasons, he's still protecting the orphans of Russia. There are a lot of good people in the U.S. but I have to wonder how much screening is truly performed for couples and families who adopt. And God only knows how many of these adopted children end up suffering all kinds of abuse, even sexual abuse.

They're better off being raised by citizens of their own country. Even if that seems harsh. Many of them could've ended up even worst.
