I don't think so, it seems, a lot of the 'people' that make it into these elite clubs (MSM is certainly an elite club as they aren't journalists (!) politicians would be another) are having problems with this digitizing while being filmed...

yeah. this is why we had to switch everything over to digital, etc, so that when it happens, they can just blame the feed.

That's a technical glitch, lossy video compression (like MPEG-2) degrading as a result of data transmission errors. It's NORMAL.

Some of you people are either really paranoid or just silly.

You apparently don't understand how video data compression works. To save space in the transmission (or when storing on disk), only the changes from one frame to the next are sent, and her face is mostly what changes in the video. That means when there's data loss in the transmission, the changes to her face will be lost, but the background data (or most of it) would have already been received a few frames earlier.

This occurred in the '80 too. Their secret is out!
