He was talking to some news person saying he wants to be with the kids, to meet their families, to hug them, etc etc. They were about to go to commercial, this was taking place on the street, not in studio. Either he, or the reporter mentioned there was a family member, grandma I think, of one of the kids standing there waiting to meet him. They never did a shot of them together saying it was to protect a private moment. But since when do they care about that? Also why is it so private? Why not at least have a shot of them standing next to each other? It just seemed so odd. |

(No reference to how the statement was issued- via email, via in-person interview, via telephone call, or my guess: via the hired family spokesperson.) But, no photos of either the brother or the father since? Just a cryptic reference to Peter Lanza and his new wife "fleeing" their home the day of the Newtown event, and they have "not been back since"...? If no major, mainstream media outlet would publish the photo/video/interview notes, then how would you even know it existed? Perhaps a few hundred devoted people could find it on the internet, if they searched long enough. That is, unless youtube deleted the video and banned the account of the uploader.... Or facebook deleted the photographs and banned the account of the uploader.... Or google buried, or just outright deleted the webpage detailing the photos/video/interview/article..... I used to spend some school breaks out of Boston with a friend in Fairfield...did lots of psychedelic drugs...this was over 10 years ago...it's the kind of place that probably doesn't change much, and yes, it had a very 'illuminated' weird energy to it...almost like there was a rabbit hole around every corner, every which way... ...he told me, at the time it was perhaps the richest county in the US, but I could never figure out why at the time (I didn't really realize how close it was to NY at the time and was new to the NE). Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1524722 My father in law would know more, as he is active on the town board, but he's been in and out of the hospital with lung cancer treatments the past few months and pretty out of it I got back in touch with a few people, one who works at the Newtown HS, and she knew one of the teachers who was shot, but I just talked to her via email, was picking the time to call her it's not something you just spring on people I just thought today of the nice couple who lived across the street from us on Old Bethel Rd. They were home schoolers and had a healthy distrust of government. If I can find their number I'll give them a call but no, no first responders there, but I am checking with a couple I also know up in Litchfield who are first responders and may know something else you know, I may have a few more threads to pull...we bought our house from Dr C, the former CEO of Danbury hospital it just is very depressing to see someplace you lived become synonymous with something awful, and be used as another tool to push an obvious agenda Until a month ago, when I would tell people where we had lived, I would usually say "Danbury", because no one had ever heard of Newtown, or they would think I was saying "Newton".
