Sandy Hook Lawsuit --$100 Million for "Failing to protect the children from foreseeable harm" They could make this case if it is true that Adam had a runin with 4 teachers/staff a day prior to the shooting, 3 of the contactees/staff are now dead the 4th home sick that day. We should ask why the elementary school as opposed to the high school which was closer to his home and on the way he had to pass it to get to the elementary school. What was the tie to the elementary school ? They can prove this case. |

Sandy Hook Lawsuit --$100 Million for "Failing to protect the children from foreseeable harm" [link to www.thehour.com] Quoting: telling it straight What is it? Like five days after the last funeral? Unbelievable. NEW HAVEN (AP) — A New Haven attorney is asking permission to sue the state for $100 million on behalf of a student who survived the mass shooting at a Newtown school. The Hartford Courant reports ( [link to cour.at] that attorney Irving Pinsky filed notice Thursday with Claims Commissioner J. Paul Vance Jr. The state has immunity against most lawsuits unless permission to sue is granted. Pinsky said the 6-year-old student, identified as "Jill Doe," was in her classroom at Sandy Hook Elementary School on Dec. 14 when "the horrific confrontation" with Adam Lanza came over the loudspeaker. Lanza killed 20 first grade students and six adult staffers at the school before killing himself. Pinsky said the student has been traumatized by the killings, and accused the state of failing to protect students from "foreseeable harm." just like the 911 collateral damage payout - heres the consolation prize political correctness is a doctrine.... fostered by a delusional, illogical minority...... and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media; which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end. |

Sandy Hook Lawsuit --$100 Million for "Failing to protect the children from foreseeable harm" somebody beat ya to it: Thread: First Sandy Hook lawsuit ** 100 Million Dollars** BUT! This should be pinned. I live in The Elm City aka Yale-town aka New Haven, CT. Irving Pinsky is just what you think he is: A big-nosed ambulance chaser. The WORST type of lawyer, which is the WORST profession a human being can have. He is the lawyer who filed a suit against the city of New Haven to allow the vagabonds and "protestors" to camp-out on the upper Green in New Haven, for Occupy New Haven last year.....setting up tents and shanty-towns and making a disgusting blight for the taxpayers, destroying the grass and camping out over thousands of unmarked graves from colonial times when the Green was used as a cemetery. Hopefully though, he is able to get some real information out with this lawsuit. Or, he will be "influenced" to withdraw the suit. Or, perhaps he is part of the psyop/coverup, and his role is to discredit the truth seekers by making a damn parody of the investigation into this event. Who knows. My bet is that he is genuinely concerned.............about trying to make as much cash as he can. And that is his only concern. (I am certain he has been contacting every parent with a child in the school and proposing the lawsuit to them...I am sure none of the parents sought him out.) Currently working on: Bach: Invention No. 1 Joplin: Maple Leaf Rag Mendelssohn: Tarantella Op.102 no.3 Mendelssohn: Venetian Boat Song Op. 19 no. 6 (both from 'Songs Without Words') |

Sandy Hook Lawsuit --$100 Million for "Failing to protect the children from foreseeable harm" I have this family member who is a criminal Lawyer - She told me right after this horror that the US public would pay for its elected Government's failure to protect these children. I guess she was right. She laughed when I told told her that that very same Government would use the event to drive for even less personal protection of those citizens - at the time I thought her observations were a little heartless..but there it is... Sandy Hook Lawsuit --$100 Million for "Failing to protect the children from foreseeable harm" My question is...exactly what should the state have done to prevent this attack?...it's like the victims families of 911 trying to sue the State for failing to protect their loved ones, or the the victims of 7/7. Where are those lawsuits? If any group has a case then it is these families... |

Sandy Hook Lawsuit --$100 Million for "Failing to protect the children from foreseeable harm" The overriding theme here is communist gun control, don't be distracted by the minor details leading up to the 'big event'. Communists think of murdering 20 kids merely as collateral damage, in the overall scheme of things. We watch as they use psychology/media to achieve gun control with maybe dozens of deaths, in other countries it took thousands of deaths. pres obongo IS a commief*ckwit. add it to the memorial scams how minor perps actors etc get paid Quoting: s.j 30976418 though this lawyer might be a cagey investigator for the truth see how long it/he gets media play No Human can be that evil...using 20 dead children for a few bucks? Come on... :Adamlanza: Then load him up with a mask(suicidal?), body armor, clips for 100's of rounds(coroner), multiple guns(coroner)... and he turns into a 'fast mover' dead-eye Rambo? Sandy Hook Lawsuit --$100 Million for "Failing to protect the children from foreseeable harm" Who "PRONOUNCED" these people DEAD? Who "ordered" the "DO NOT RESUSITATE" on these children? Medical Responders were denied entry to the school. Who ordered the Emergency Medical Responders to "STAND DOWN" Carver [Coroner] and his staff are apparently the only medical personnel to have attended to the victims. (Yeah, when I'm sick or dying, the person I want attending ME is the CORONER)? (HELP ME...I'M SHOT...SOMEBODY CALL THE CORONER, QUICK!) The State of Connecticut appears open to a potential array of hefty civil claims by families of the slain. |
