He and the other 'misguided youths' spent only 18 months in jail for killing the Tuba Man, yet dingbat WA State congresswoman Sherry Appleton recently introduced a 'duty to retreat' bill. This bill would penalize innocent victims if they use a firearm to protect themselves against feral Negro beasts released early from prison. .
