Basically the opposite of Castle Doctrine, as WA is currently a Castle Doctrine state. States you must try to escape the danger before resorting to lethal force.
-Right. When so many of these thugs are star athletes or have pupmed-up their bodies in prison, it is the duty of a 70 year old armed victim to out-run them as they are mugging him or breaking down his door.....


There have been several recent legal and deadly defensive shootings in Western Washington. In one small town a belligerent White trash drunk with a criminal record got high on cocaine and attempted to enter peoples homes in the middle of the night. Police were called earlier and were actually searching the neighborhood (drunk was picking fights at a nearby 7-11) when they heard a gunshot. The gigantic guy had used a propane tank to smash a sliding glass door to enter a residence and the homeowner shot him dead after awakening from a slumber.

Congresswoman Sherry Appleton would like to jail this homeowner for protecting his wife and child.
