I've never known any Muslims that had a problem with having insurance. Exempting them is a crock.
But not if it's under Sharia Law, it would make sense. Muslims are exempt from many things under Sharia that dhimmis are not exempt from.
Of course, since the Beast itself is antichrist, it does all make sense. The Beast will side with its own kind...
