Noticed not many commented here. Perhaps unless you have walked this road as I have you will not resonate with it. As in the second video, she mentions the love which exists for I have been there out of body and it was amazing.

lucid dreaming= an illusion from lucifer, most will spiritually awake in hell when they die

keep living in fear...

You don't believe hell and demons are real? Research some of the negative OBE's/ lucid dreams

The negative ones are when people get scared from their own thoughts, you just need to realize you are safe and think positively and the negativity goes away, you can call to Jesus and they will go away, but guess what, you can also just think good thoughts and know it is nothing harmful and it will also go away. People just let the fear get a hold of them because astral projection is nothing like anything you have ever imagined, and that can be frightening at first sometimes and the fear creeps in.

True fear is the mind-killer. That's why people have nightmares they need to overcome those fears...

Wish there was more information on GLP. :/ I have been having OBE's my entire life, starting in my memories at a very young age.

Always was told it was just a nightmare and to pray to god when the "Vibrations" start.

So over the years they years I have trained myself to make them go away.

I have had some really vividly wild experiences with this and to try and tell someone that has never experienced AP is impossible.

I wish I had someone in my family as I was growing up to help me nurture this natural ability. I'm almost 30 now and have spent most of my life conditioning myself to simply stop IT when it happens.

Maybe someday when I'm less busy in life Iwill revisit this. Try and explore more.

One benefit iI have taken is I know for a fact body death is not to be feared.

I was made to understand this one night while floating over my own body and observing it.

Death is just a new beginning :)

There is tons of information about this subject on the net and in books. I will list some of these resources for you if you're still around. I was just like you but I didn't ever stop searching and I have learned a lot in the past few years. Older than you, I would think that it's never too late.
