How do you know that the image taken with the three girls is 2 years old?

The little one doesn't appear to have changed all that much between the two photos. If the earlier picture was two years older than the picture with the President, then that little one would look a whole lot different.

I am raising 2 girls (and 2 boys) right now. They change a lot in 2 years, at that age.

Yeah....I tried to see it your way, and then realized, DUH!In the family portrait Emily is CLEARLY the one on the far left, and the youngest beside her, and the middle child beside her. The middle child is wearing the same dress at the vigil that she wore in the family picture. Although I did find her fathers interview to be a bit unsettling at first, I realized that it is sometimes human nature to go with the flow until you are forced to face something head on, as in, laughing it up behind the scenes, and suddenly your face to face with a camera,relaying to the world your tragedy, and realizing the enormity of things suddenly, as your pulled out of your made up comfort zone. But what do I know? I'm just a lowly forensic interviewer.

The little girl on Obama's lap is her sister, she is the little girl on the far left on the first picture in the youtube clip.

Here's the dead giveaway:

That little girl has some extremely asymmetric features in relation to where her nose and eyes sit. We all do, but hers are OBVIOUS. Her nose being the X, her eye placement looks severely skewed like this:

I'm SO sick and tired of people trying to analyze grief and how we are to act when grieving. The dad in the news story is in PERFECT form for a grieving dad. How do I know this? I lost my 28 year old daughter and pre-born grand-daughter to a drunk driver 1.5 yrs ago. THERE IS NO MANUAL ON HOW TO ACT WHEN LOSING A CHILD!!! When I saw the news footage I wept for the dad. Why? Because I was in his shoes. I have spoken many times about the loss of my daughter & granddaughter. And LAUGHTER IS A MAJOR PART OF GRIEVING! On many of the occasions when I spoke to individuals & groups I laughed seconds before weeping. I spoke at a fantastic memorial for my daughter. Seconds before introducing me I made a comment about what my daughter would think about my upcoming comments about her. We both laughed. Within seconds I was introduced and when I heard my name and my daughters name, a huge wave of reality enveloped me again and I hyperventilated and had a difficult time speaking, EXACTLY like the dad.
So quit this ridiculous pseudo-analysis of grief. The dad and others acted exactly like a grieving person. Now go look at some articles about my daughter by Googling "Kortney Blythe Gordon."
