Constitutional law professor says ‘Give Up’ On The ‘Archaic, Idiosyncratic’ And ‘Evil’ Constitution
Georgetown University constitutional law professor Louis Michael Seidman has just about had it with the focus of his 40 years of academic study. As he writes in the New York Times on Monday, it is the Constitution itself which has allowed for the series of legislative follies that finally resulted in the “fiscal cliff.” Seidman says that it is time for Americans to realize what lawmakers have known since the constitution’s inception – it is okay to ignore it.

...

Seidman concludes that, though Americans will probably not give up on Constitution any time soon, his recommendation is the best of a series of bad choices facing the nation:

"If even this change is impossible, perhaps the dream of a country ruled by “We the people” is impossibly utopian. If so, we have to give up on the claim that we are a self-governing people who can settle our disagreements through mature and tolerant debate. But before abandoning our heritage of self-government, we ought to try extricating ourselves from constitutional bondage so that we can give real freedom a chance."

What would you expect from another liberal law professor? Did you really expect him to cheer about the Constitution? It is the Constitution that is still trying to keep the liberals at bay. By hating it, trying to get away from it, trying to outlaw it, the liberals openly admit that only the Constitution stands in their way of total domination.

The constitution is not for the American citizens. The American citizen has the Articles of Confederation. The Organic Laws that the constitution was founded from. The constitution is only for the Corporate United States. That is their laws to follow and if you are a US Citizen, you are subject to their laws.

However, if you are an American free inhabitant then your not subject to their laws. You are under the Natural laws of God and your inalienable rights are recognized by the Article of Confederation.

inalienable- can not be taken away or given freely away.

Oh here is a test to find out if you are a US Citizen (subject)

1. Do you hold a Birth Certificate?
2. Do you hold a Social Security Card?
3. Do you hold a Drivers License?

If you answered yes to one or more of the questions, you are a US Citizen (subject).

Forgot to mention. If you are a US Citizen, you freely gave up your inalienable rights for only mere privileges.

So yes if you take the constitution away you dissolve the Charter of the United States Corporation. Leaving only these united States of America.

Yes we would then again be a free country. Out from the tyranny of the Bankers and the Corporate United States.

The Constitution was only made to collect money to pay the debts owed back from the Revolutionary war and the Civil war for restitution via the Treaty of Paris.

The Constitution placed all (free inhabitants) People as the sureties for the restitution of the debts.

(surety - An individual who undertakes an obligation to pay a sum of money or to perform some duty or promise for another in the event that person fails to act.)

Why do you think you sign under your NAME on the SS card? You are the Underwriter for that debtor.

Actually the same applies for the time my Social Security card was issued (I was at most a few years old) and my initial Driver's License (I was 16, below the age of majority.)

So all those things were done without my legally binding consent, I guess it's all reversible now?

Doesn't practically everyone have a Birth Certificate? I mean, I'm sure even Obama has one, from somewhere like Kenya or Indonesia.

If you elect a major where you spend 4 years studying some liberal religion like Sociology, what do you expect but indoctrination. But it's easier to pass!

The jew, despite himself, is correct on this. Look around you, you're bankrupt, unemployed, crumbling, faggots feeling your ass up at the airport, dirty jews robbing you blind. That's the destination your constitution has lead you to.

Obviously there's something very wrong with it. Maybe time to figure out what, and fix it.

if he doesnt like the constitution, i can think of 6 ways for him to vent his frustration:

1) travel west until he leaves the country
2) travel east until he leaves the country
3) travel north until he leaves the country
4) travel south until he leaves the country
5) travel up until he enters the peaceful hegemony of the galactic republic
6) dig until he burns to death.

He's right.

The US constitution is an anachronism which has no bearing on reality.

The only way it survives is the current political regime installs Supreme Court judges that "reinterpret" the constitution to suit their agenda.

The US constitution is a terribly flawed and outdated document. We ought to free ourselves from the chains of the past and do what's best TODAY; not what was best 250 years ago.
