It's been 2 years in a row on New years eve that birds have fallen out of the sky in Arkansas. Let's see if it happens again tonight.

I am curious to see if it happens again. This would be the third time, right? They say bad things come in threes... who knows. If it does happen again, I bet they give the standard "it was fireworks" explanation.

The Beebe City Council Monday night approved Resolution 2012-14 which restricts the shooting of fireworks in certain areas in Beebe during the New Year’s holiday - Dec. 30 through Jan. 1st. The areas which are restricted are: all areas of the City of Beebe beginning at Hwy. 67/167 and continuing South, and all areas of the City of Beebe beginning at North Pecan Street and continuing West until reaching the city limits.
