I saw your question on one of the explosion threads about the drought. I was flying between them and the weather thread, so I could let Cowgirl know what was happening in West. I'm not anywhere near the explosion. It was confusing for a bit. The town's name is West, but it's in Central Texas. I live in the region west Texas. AND...the whole state has been in a 2 year drought. Does that help? It does -- missed the comma between West and Texas. Probably the only places in Texas I could locate on a map would be Houston and San Antonio. Glad you're nowhere near.
